Cook Night Set Up Guidelines

Cook Night Clean Up Guidelines

Cook night is scheduled for Thursday September 23rd. You can order 2 of each recipe for a total of 20. The cost is $5 for each recipe, $3 for marinade recipes. All orders will be due no later that Friday September 17th - 8pm.

When placing your order, please be sure to indicate if you would like to be part of the set-up group at 4:30 or the clean -up group at 6:15 and plan for approximately 2.5 hours out of your schedule.

*Be sure to submit your order and check the box marked Also Send Me A Copy to receive a copy of your order. You can also print your shopping list from the web-site. I will send out a final confirmation with your total cost on the Monday before cook night.

I want to emphasize how important everyone's full participation is to continue making cook night a success. No one person's job is more valuable then the next - the more this grows the more work there is for everyone involved - so please consider this when planning to participate by being on time and willing to do your part.

Child care will be provided by reservation. Please make a note of how many children you are bringing and their ages in the "comment" section at the end of your order. We will be providing a snack for the children, so please consider a small donation if this is their regular meal time.
