Some ongoing ministries at Shadle:
Weekly small Bible study support groups which meet to study scripture, support one another and pray together as well as have a missional component; (three times a year) the Alpha Course which is a “Ten Week Practical Introduction to the Christian Faith”; weekly Junior (Tuesdays) and Senior High (Wednesdays) youth groups.
Women of Faith Conference
“Over the Top Tour” is coming to Spokane on September 16-17, 2011. The rate is $89 per person and includes 2 box lunches (Friday and Saturday). It’s refreshment, reality without reproach, and relationships, laughter, tears and FUN. The speakers are real women who share stories from their real lives. They encourage women, and do not condemn anyone. Speaker line-up includes: Patsy Clairmont, Marilyn Meberg, Lisa Whelchel, Sandi Patty and Brenda Warner. Musical talents of Mandisa and Amy Grant. Drama performance by Nicole Johnson. Even those who have never set foot in a church feel comfortable at our conferences. Connecting with God and with each other: “At Women of Faith we believe that God loves you – no matter what your situation in life may be. We also believe that He wants a personal relationship with you. Renew your spirit with messages of hope and humor from the Women of Faith speaker team. Recharge your spiritual batteries with drama that tickles your funny bone and touches your heart (at the same time)!
